Founded in Ohio on July 1, 2015, Primary Care Solutions of Ohio provides Mental Health and Substance Abuse services to both Children and Adults throughout the state of Ohio. Primary Care Solutions has sites in five different cities across the state of Ohio. Last year, Primary Care Solutions served over 3000 clients including adults, children and families.
